  1. Entertainment Purposes: Please note that all services provided at Pampered in Pink are for entertainment purposes only. We do not offer professional spa or salon services.

  2. Waiver Requirement: Every guest participating in our activities must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in advance. This waiver acknowledges that the services provided are for entertainment purposes and releases Pampered in Pink from liability.

  3. Outside Food and Beverage: Outside food and beverages are only permitted to be enjoyed in our dedicated party rooms. We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing outside food or beverages into other areas of the venue.

  4. Timeliness: To ensure that each guest can enjoy the full spa experience, we kindly request that all guests arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

  5. Damages: Please be aware that you, as the attendee, are responsible for yourself and your guests while at Pampered in Pink. Any damages incurred to the venue, furniture, or equipment will be the responsibility of the attendee. We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of our facilities.

  6. Payment: Payment for services is due upon arrival. Please note that we do not accept checks at this time. We accept cash and credit cards as forms of payment.

  7. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. However, if you need to reschedule, the deposit can be used as a credit towards a future booking, subject to availability.
